Aircraft practicing for the Davis-Monthan air show prompt Dr. Dave to recall the thrill of a P-51 passing directly over his home. Caller Bob's confusion over the language of burning a CD leads Dr. Dave to a lesson from coaching children: experts often forget what a beginner has never had a chance to learn, and asking questions is a strength. Dr. Dave later refuses to explain how to bypass a Linux password on the air without knowing who is asking, while Julie's follow-up about the photograph made by her late husband brings a warm reminder of the show's personal connections. Near the end, a longtime listener and another caller's useful suggestion show how Computer Talk's audience often supplied knowledge Dr. Dave himself did not have.
